1. Description of Service
PropRadar is a subscription-based market intelligence platform providing information regarding:
- Real estate listings
- Distressed opportunities
- Off-market opportunities
- Price reductions
- Market trends
- Broker-submitted opportunities
- Market analytics
PropRadar does not participate in property transactions and is not a party to any sale, purchase, lease, or brokerage deal. Listing information is aggregated from open and third-party sources and user submissions; you must verify all details independently before acting.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Upload false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Scrape or copy platform data at scale
- Interfere with platform operations
- Violate applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Services
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Information Accuracy
Information available on the platform may originate from users, brokers, agencies, developers, public sources, open data, or third parties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:
- Completeness
- Reliability
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Future performance
- That listings remain available, priced as shown, or current
Users must independently verify all information.
6. No Brokerage Services
PropRadar is a technology and information platform only. PropRadar does not act as:
- Real estate broker
- Agent
- Intermediary
- Escrow provider
- Financial advisor
- Legal advisor
- Investment advisor
Any transactions between users or third parties are solely their responsibility. PropRadar does not negotiate, close, or facilitate deals on your behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, logos, databases, analytics, and platform materials remain the property of PropRequest Tech FZ-LLC unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropRequest Tech FZ-LLC shall not be liable for:
- User-submitted content
- Real estate transactions
- Investment decisions
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Platform downtime
- Outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate listing data
Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
