Refund Policy
PropRadar is operated by PropRequest Tech FZ-LLC.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date provided that:
- The account has not materially used premium features
- No abuse or fraudulent activity is detected
- No excessive contact unlocking or data extraction has occurred
After fourteen (14) days, annual subscriptions become non-refundable.
3. Early Adopter Plans
Early Adopter subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
Cancel auto-renewal anytime via Manage billing in your PropRadar account (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period except as stated above.
5. Chargebacks
Contact us at hello@propradar.ae before initiating a chargeback. If a refund has already been issued, a bank dispute may still be contested with Stripe. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
