Refund Policy

PropRadar is operated by PropRequest Tech FZ-LLC.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date provided that:

• The account has not materially used premium features
• No abuse or fraudulent activity is detected
• No excessive contact unlocking or data extraction has occurred

After fourteen (14) days, annual subscriptions become non-refundable.

3. Early Adopter Plans

Early Adopter subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact PropRadar before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
